SH Jewellery offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee & Exchange Policy for items purchased online that have not been specially ordered, altered, engraved or customised.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to return or exchange an item you must first contact SH Jewellery to confirm your item meets the requirements.
Once your return or exchange has been approved by our team, please follow these steps.
  1. Use AusPost's Registered Post or an equivalent traceable courier to return your item and address the package to:

    1. Take a photo of the package before sending, which clearly shows the tracking number.

    1. Once your package is received, we will contact you to finalise the exchange or refund.
