Free rhodium plating excludes larger pieces of jewellery over 10 grams in weight.
Free basic jewellery servicing/repair includes repairs to the value of $100, to be assessed by SH staff. Any repair work exceeding this amount will incur additional costs.
Free cleaning for VIPs includes all jewellery purchased from SH. Jewellery purchased from other jewellers is not eligible for free VIP cleaning.
$100 voucher - min. spend $2000, excludes servicing, repairs, wholesale gold, only one gift card can be used per transaction, can’t be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
