Is it safe to buy engagement rings online?
When you order an engagement ring online from SH Jewellery, your ring will be safely delivered free of charge Australia-wide with full insurance cover in the unprecedented event of ring loss. Engagement rings ordered online are delivered between 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, with signature required on delivery.
We also offer free international shipping for online engagement rings using FedEx and DHL, which includes full insurance cover in case of loss, with signature required on delivery.
How long will my engagement ring take to be delivered?
If we have your engagement ring in stock, it will be dispatched within 5 business days. If we need to order your online engagement ring, this can take 4-5 weeks to be dispatched. If you require your engagement ring earlier, please let us know and we’ll do our best to meet your request.
Can I exchange an engagement ring if I buy online?
All engagement rings purchased online from SH Jewellery come with a 30-day exchange policy. If the ring isn’t exactly as you imagined when it arrives, we will happily exchange unmodified rings in their original packaging within 30 days of you receiving your delivery.
