The SH VIP Program is our way of rewarding loyal clients with exclusive benefits, experiences, and gifts. Designed to surprise, delight, and engage you throughout your journey with SH Jewellery, the program offers perks that go far beyond the point of purchase.
You’ll qualify for VIP status based on your total spend (including GST) with SH Jewellery over the past 24 months:
- Sapphire Tier: $10,000+
- Ruby Tier: $50,000+
- Diamond Tier: $100,000+
- The Legacy Circle: By invitation only
Your VIP status is valid for 24 months from the qualification date. We review qualifications annually on 30 June to ensure your tier stays up to date.
Simply continue meeting the spend threshold for your tier within each rolling 24-month period. If you spend enough to reach a higher tier, you’ll be upgraded immediately.
The Legacy Circle is our most prestigious level, offered by invitation only. It recognises a lifetime of loyalty and provides permanent access to Diamond-tier rewards and special experiences.
You’ll receive your Welcome Pack soon after qualifying. It includes your personalised VIP card, program details, exclusive offers, and a surprise gift — all beautifully presented.
You’ll receive two $500 vouchers to use on eligible jewellery and watches — one for yourself and one to share with a friend. Each voucher requires a minimum spend of $10,000, is valid for 24 months, and can be used on sale or promotional items.
Our Sparkle Service includes up to six complimentary cleans and inspections of your SH Jewellery pieces per year, ensuring they look as beautiful as the day you received them.
VIPs can contact us directly by mobile or WhatsApp during showroom hours for priority service, personal shopping assistance, and sourcing requests.
Diamond and The Legacy Circle members enjoy two premium event tickets each year to premium experiences curated by the SH team.
If your total spend over the past 24 months falls below $10,000, your status will move to Past VIP and benefits will pause. You’re always welcome to requalify at any time, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back into the program.
Benefits are exclusive to the named VIP member and cannot be transferred or redeemed by third parties.
We update VIP statuses annually on 30 June. If you requalify or move up a tier, we’ll let you know right away so you can enjoy your new benefits immediately.

VIP Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: VIP status is valid for a minimum of 24 months from the date of qualification. Status reviews occur annually on 30 June, at which time eligibility is reassessed. If you continue to meet the tier requirements at the time of review, your status will be extended another year.
Tier Rewards: Tier-specific benefits may be updated from time to time in response to feedback, availability, or program enhancements. SH Jewellery reserves the right to adjust inclusions with reasonable notice.
Member-Only Benefits: VIP benefits are exclusive to the named member and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be redeemed by third parties.
Concierge Service: Available during showroom hours. After-hours messages will be answered the next business day.
$500 Off Vouchers: Min. spend $10,000. Valid 24 months from receipt. Redeemable on diamond, gemstone, gold jewellery & watches only. Excludes servicing, repairs & wholesale gold. Valid on sale/promotional items. One card per transaction. Not redeemable for cash or replaceable if lost/stolen. Valid for next purchase only.
Free Rhodium Plating: Rhodium plating only eligible on rings and earrings (white gold or platinum) purchased from SH Jewellery. One rhodium plating per voucher. Bookings preferred. Not redeemable for cash or replaceable if lost/stolen.
Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection: Cleanings and inspections are limited to 6 per year and are subject to availability and only eligible on jewellery purchased at SH Jewellery.
Gifting & Hampers: Birthday and festive gifts may vary each year and are subject to availability. SH Jewellery reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.
Event Access: Invitations to VIP events are limited and may be subject to RSVP deadlines and capacity constraints. Priority may be given to customers based on tier level or engagement.
Legacy Circle: Legacy Circle status is granted by invitation only and is not based solely on spend. Benefits may include bespoke experiences and are offered at the discretion of SH Jewellery.
Redemption Limits: Some benefits may be limited to one per calendar year unless otherwise noted.
Misuse: SH reserves the right to suspend VIP status if program terms are breached.
