All SH diamonds above 0.30ct are sold with GIA Reports matching the laser-inscribed serial numbers on each diamond, allowing you to check the authenticity and performance of your diamond against the GIA report database

Yes, our jewellery boutique is just 30 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD. We recommend booking an appointment, as the showroom can be quite busy on weekends, and often during the week.

When you make an appointment, we’ll assign you a non-commissioned Diamond & Jewellery Consultant to answer all your questions and assist you with trying on as many designs as you like.

While we can make small aesthetic changes to your setting height and include additional diamonds in your band, we do not offer a full custom build.

With over 200 exclusively designed engagement rings and 300+ wedding band styles, we’re often praised for our extensive range, featuring traditional, modern, vintage-inspired and coloured gemstone designs for every budget.

All SH rings are designed by our family in our Melbourne showroom and are rigorously tested for durability and practicality before earning their place in the SH collection.

Yes, we offer a 10-year manufacturer's warranty on all diamond jewellery purchased instore, including engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond earrings, pendants, necklaces and bracelets.

For this extended warranty to remain valid, we request that your jewellery is inspected at the SH workshop once a year for any maintenance issues to be promptly rectified.

When you purchase natural diamond jewellery from SH, it's more than a transaction - it's the beginning of a relationship with a trusted family jeweller who promises to maintain your jewellery for life.

Our Lifetime Aftercare includes free cleaning and jewellery inspection up to six times a year in our Melbourne workshop. This complimentary service is designed to identify maintenance issues early, which can be rectified in-house with our competitive servicing costs and fast turnarounds (postage costs may apply).

We recommend having your jewellery inspected every 6–9 months, depending on usage.

Yes, we offer free ring resizing for most engagement rings and wedding rings purchased online and instore within six months of purchase. Elaborate ring designs and Eternity Rings, however, cannot be re-sized due to their structural complexity.

Some rings are also limited by the extent to which they can be sized up or down, so please get in touch to discuss your options. Resizing is typically complete within 2 weeks of receiving your ring, which is then securely posted back to you free of charge.
