Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to book a private in-store appointment with one of our Diamond Jewellery Consultants, or schedule a phone consultation if that’s more convenient.
Most pieces shown online are available in our showroom. If there’s a specific design you’d like to view in person, please contact us before visiting so we can confirm it’s in stock. If not, we’ll be happy to arrange an order for you.
If you purchased your piece from SH, we offer complimentary cleaning and inspection up to six times a year, with repairs and servicing available at competitive rates. We also provide free resizing within the first 6 months of purchase, which typically takes around 7 business days. If your ring was purchased over six months ago and requires resizing, or your jewellery needs repairs, please book a service appointment. Due to increased demand, we are only able to clean and service jewellery purchased from SH at this time.
For online purchases, we offer a 30-day exchange policy on unaltered items returned in original condition and packaging. In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 30 days. For online exchange, customers must cover return postage, but SH pays shipping for exchanges.
Our friendly Springvale team speaks English, Vietnamese, Khmer, Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Greek, Armenian and Afrikaans. If you’d like to speak with someone in a particular language, please let us know when booking your appointment.
You’ll find ample parking nearby. There’s 30-minute free parking out the front on Balmoral Avenue, and a multi-storey paid car park on Balmoral Avenue between Springvale Road and Buckingham Avenue.
Yes. You can choose Click & Collect at checkout to pick up your order from our Springvale showroom. If the item is in stock, you can take it home the same day. If it’s made to order, we’ll let you know once it’s ready for collection.
In our showroom you’ll find a wide range of exclusive SH Jewellery designs, including engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, pendants, bangles, tennis bracelets and tennis necklaces. Every piece is crafted in 18K gold or platinum, using ethically sourced gemstones and diamonds 7-8 grades above most chain retailers.
Yes. Our Diamond Price-Match Guarantee means that if you find a lower-priced GIA-certified diamond of equal quality elsewhere, we’ll happily review it and honour the lower price if it meets our criteria.
If the piece you’d like isn’t available in-store, we can place a new order for you. Most made-to-order designs take around four to five weeks, and we’ll keep you updated on the progress.
Engraving is available on most engagement rings and wedding bands. If you’d like to personalise your ring with a name, date or message, just let your consultant know when placing your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, EFTPOS, and cash payments in-store. Bank transfers are also accepted, though funds must clear before items can be released. AfterPay is available for orders up to $3,000, and ZipMoney for orders over $1,000. A 30% deposit can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, EFTPOS, or cash, with the remaining balance due prior to collection. Multiple payment methods can be used for in-store purchases.

Very Elegant and versatile pair of Studs
At one stage, I have stopped wearing earrings what I had from other jewellers just because it was giving me allergy.
