SH Jewellery is now offering over-the-phone consultations to give you the best possible personalised customer service, advice and assistance from the comfort of your own home. We're here to help you, as always.

How does it work?

All you need to do is make a booking and we'll take care of the rest to make sure that you're well looked after by one of our specialists. Just as you would be, if you made an appointment to go into the store.

Our staff speak English, Khmer, Vietnamese, Chinese (Mandarin) and Chinese (Cantonese) - you can let us know if you would prefer a particular language.

Does it cost anything?

All our consultations are free of charge and free of obligation. We also provide free shipping and insurance on all orders.

Can I still call the store?

Of course! Don't like filling in booking forms? No problem - just give us a call on 03 9546 6292 anytime.

Do other customers like having phone consultations?

Yes, absolutely! In fact, we've been helping people outside of Melbourne find the right engagement rings, wedding bands and gift jewellery for a long time and we truly appreciate and are humbled by the feedback that we've been given.

What about shipping and delivery?

We use insured shipping for all deliveries and we also offer our 30-day exchange to provide you with the peace of mind and confidence you need.

Can I just buy online instead?

If you're ready to buy that special piece, you can buy online with your credit card, Afterpay or ZipPay.

You'll still get the same great customer service and we'll make sure you're well looked after.
