Diamond Information
SH Jewellery deals mostly in the whitest D/E/F colour grade diamonds. Each diamond is carefully crafted to produce the finest sparkle and brilliance.
Centre diamond quality:
Natural Diamonds: GIA certified, D-E colour, SI1-SI2 clarity — the whitest colour, with slight inclusions difficult to notice without a microscope.
Lab Grown Diamonds: IGI certified, D colour, VVS2 clarity — exceptional whiteness with virtually no visible inclusions.
Side diamond quality:
Side diamonds (e.g. smaller diamonds in the bands) are E-F colour and SI clarity.
A superior whiteness with slight inclusions only noticeable under a microscope.
All diamonds are hand selected for superior brightness and sparkle.
Diamond wedding bands:
A wedding band has no centre stone, so the diamond type you select applies to every stone in the band.
Natural: E-F colour, SI clarity.
Lab Grown: D-E colour, VVS clarity.
Natural vs Lab-Grown Diamonds
Both are real diamonds — same chemical structure, same sparkle. The difference is origin.

This truly stunning 2.30ct round brilliant diamond is beautifully accented by a cushion shaped halo pave set with sixteen round brilliant diamonds. The centre diamond can be appreciated fully as light flows through the elevated four claw setting in a scintillating way. The contemporary split band is pave set with twenty brilliant diamonds and measures 5.0mm at the upper shoulder tapering to 4.5mm at the base of the ring. This classic modern design is a wonderful choice as an engagement or anniversary ring.
