Receiving Your Prize
If you live in Melbourne:
Your prize can be collected from Shop 10B Balmoral Ave, Springvale within 30 days of receiving your winning notification.
Simply WhatsApp message the Concierge service on 0498 069 711 to organise a collection time.
If you live outside of Melbourne:
We'll post your Travel Box to your preferred Australian address standard postage free of charge.
Simply WhatsApp message the Concierge service on 0498 069 711 with your full address including postcode and we'll send your Travel Box in the mail - postage is on us!
Terms & Conditions
- Entrants must be current Concierge Members and residents of Australia.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase required to enter this giveaway.
- By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Entrants are required to message "TRAVEL" to the SH Jewellery Concierge service via WhatsApp on 0498 069 711 to qualify their entry. Entries sent via SMS are not considered a valid entry.
- There is no closing date for the giveaway; the giveaway ends when 20 people have messaged "TRAVEL" to the SH Jewellery Concierge service on WhatsApp.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Winners will be notified via WhatsApp within 1 hour of entering. Losers will be notified via WhatsApp within 24 hours of the 20 x winners being confirmed.
- Winners agree to the use of his/her name in an announcement WhatsApp message and email to all entrants.
- Winners living within Melbourne must collect their prize from the SH Jewellery Springvale showroom within 30 days of being notified of winning. Winners living outside of Melbourne will have their prize posted to them within 7-10 days of being notified of winning. SH Jewellery is responsible for all postage costs.
- The Travel Box prize can only be posted to addresses within Australia.
