18kt White Gold
Our most sought-after metal — a classic bright white finish, rhodium-plated. More scratch-resistant than platinum thanks to its harder alloy composition, and more readily serviced, with a quick re-plate every 1–2 years keeping it looking brand new.
18kt Yellow Gold
A traditional warm tone that never goes out of style. Naturally hypoallergenic and low maintenance — no re-plating required, so it keeps its rich colour for life.

Platinum PT950
Naturally white, dense and heavy; still rhodium-plated for extra brightness. Naturally hypoallergenic, highly durable, and resistant to cracking or chipping, though softer than white gold so it scratches more easily (metal isn’t lost, just displaced) and develops a patina over time.

SH Jewellery deals mostly in the finest and most sort after sapphires, rubies and emeralds. Each gemstone is carefully chosen and crafted to showcase the finest colours and brilliance.
Sapphire Quality
The majority of our sapphires are from Sri Lanka (with some from Madagascar) and sit within the “Royal Blue” colour range - the finest and most sort after sapphire colour.
Each sapphire is carefully cut and polished to bring out the inner beauty of each gemstone.
Ruby Quality
The majority of our rubies come from Burma and Mozambique and have been carefully chosen to exhibit a deep and pure red vibrance.

Emerald Quality
The majority of our emeralds come from Colombia and Zambia and are carefully picked for their transparency and vibrance.
Each emerald is carefully cut and polished to showcase beautiful transparency and brilliance.
Side diamond quality
Side diamonds (e.g. smaller diamonds in the bands) are E-F colour and SI clarity.
A superior whiteness with slight inclusions only noticeable under a microscope.
All diamonds are hand selected for superior brightness and sparkle.

- Exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase — no cash refunds for change of mind
- Item must be unworn and unaltered, with original packaging and documentation
- Special-order, altered, or resized items are not eligible for exchange
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost; we cover shipping on the replacement
- Contact us first to arrange approval before sending anything back
Lifetime Aftercare
- Lifetime complimentary cleaning and inspection, including checking prongs, settings, and stone security, with tightening of loose stones as needed
- Drop off in-showroom at no charge, or ship to our workshop at your own cost
